    It was stated that it was new, but apparently it wasn't, it was in a beat up open case and it wasn't the right dvd, contacted the seller and claimed that they don't sell this particular item yet it was on their site and they claimed that they don't sell used items and that the item I ordered was already sold a few back which doesn't make any sense, he claims and refuses to give me a refund or a brand new movie that I originally ordered, and basically called me a liar, sellers like this should be

    Buyer sent me this message after they left this feedback saying " Hello Hello I accidentally left you a negative feedback can you please delete I apologize I was trying to delete it but I couldn't sorry about that." I think they have the wrong person as I never called anyone a liar and I sell both new and used items
