    Seller indicates he accepts returns, but when I reached out to return item, seller refused to allow me to self-ship return. Handled through eBay customer service, Seller then sat on refund and never refunded purchase price for over a week. Had to open claim and ultimately received full refund through claim process. Poor customer service with my purchase and return.

    Buyer message requested to complete the return outside of eBay Which I said No to. All returns must be done within eBay systems as I said to this buyer. The refund process has been taking longer for me to open and process all items that are returned. This item did fall through those cracks and I did not have the chance to open and verify this item return.
