    I accidently shipped the wrong lot of lures to the buyer, but never said "I ran out of the color sorry". They were the wrong colors, but the same lures. I apologized for the mistake and reminded the buyer that I ACCEPT RETURNS (for any reason), just return them for a refund. Buyer wouldn't respond to my messages. I done all I could do to make it right.
