item not as described, seller was out of stock so instead of cancelling the order they purposely sent me the cheaper 2 piece rod which is not what I ordered or wanted, seller offered a refund or replace it with the 30g to 80g travel rod but that rod was not what I wanted but even if i did, I was going away fishing a couple of days later so i wouldn't of got it in time or had time to order elsewhere so had to just make do with what they sent me cause pointless going away fishing without a rod

Yes the rod was sent in error , there was absolutely no attempt to decieve you , as soon as we found out about the error we offered you a refund or an alternative replacement , not really sure what else could be done. Having looked at your communications with us , at no point did you let us know the situation when reporting the error . Had you done that maybe we could have helped .
