    Nice on chicken and rice. Adds a good amount of flavour, but a bit odd. Not the best cheese substitute, but it has it's pros and cons. Will wash hands relatively well, but better for face or as a seasoning to a mildly spicy dish. Use a porcelain tajin, as the cast iron ones tend to rust after 2-3 dishes.
