Arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. Did not specify as to whether or not butane would be required to refill the lighter, which it is. Therefore, it is pretty much a completely used lighter.

PACKAGES ARE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO THE SENDER.. THE LIGHTER IT ONLY MUST BE REFILLED WITH COMMON LIGHTER GAS.. BUYER, YOU HAVE ENDED UP ON THE BLACKLIST..
