I received 3 remotes and one of them didn't work. Seller asked me to replace battery. When I was about to do that I noticed little scratches on the remote and oxidation in the screws. The remote was not new and had clear signs of use, that's why battery battery needed to be replaced. Seller asked me to send the remote back to him. After few emails a lots of time wasted with the issue he gave me a refund. That's my honest experience with this seller.
