Sold me a part, then said I needed to solder my bios chip (from the board that didn't work), the reason I was buying to begin with, to the part he sold me. I don't have the equipment to perform the task or to test the bad board or his board. Now he wants to be nice and only refund half the money and still has not provided a return mailing slip or refunded my account. now I have to ask eBay to step in and help. Pretty bad eBay.
