Nothing!!! It looked like it had been used. You couldn't see the name properly the wire was all twisted and no nozzle for the front of hairdryer and the back vent was full of dust. I contacted seller he told me to pack parcel and put it in post box!!!! With RTS on it. So I'll give it a week otherwise I'll be opening a case for full refund
