I did not get the part. I found the sellers did not communicate in the manner that I expected at all with me until I raised to lack of receipt of goods on the 22/5/24.

You didn't send us a message about the item being delayed in transit, all you did was open a case to say you haven't received the part. We uploaded the tracking number into your case you opened. There was no other communication between us...
