    I clearly stated I was looking for a working remote control, when I made my offer. The seller just the declined my first offer. Seller never stated it didn't work. So, I put in another offer, not knowing it was a non working remote. I didn't get or see a message until after shipping stating the remote was non working. I don't understand why you would accept my offer knowing that's needed/wanted.

    THE TITLE SAYS ITEM DOES NOT WORK. I DECLINED FIRST OFFER BECAUSE BUYER LEFT A MESSAGE WITH OFFER STATING THEY ONLY WANTED IT IF IT WORKS. THEY SENT ANOTHER OFFER 2 DAYS LATER. WHY SEND A SECOND OFFER FOR AN ITEM YOU DON'T WANT???
