The printer is stuck in a cleaning cycle. It will not complete the cleaning cycle due to the failed duplex unit. After trying multiple times to contact the seller for assistance, I got back one reply that they needed to speak with their tech on the next day - to this moment, I don’t know what next day they were referring to. I now have a dead unit and radio silence from the seller.
