instructions are lacking. they tell you to download an app to tell you if you can use the device and inform you what app should say but dont tell you what the item you bought should say regarding the app. at any rate tried it out yesterday and i was better off without it. i use at&t towers with my provider consumer cellular so it should have boosted my signal..both green lights came on the unit telling me it was working but phone didnt seem to notice as no change in bars.
