Good communication, shipped when they said it would ship and got to me in good time. The 4" ID measurement is just a hair under and needs to be expanded in order to slip 4" OD tubing into it to weld, but as long as you have a tubing expander that will expand to 4" ID they will work great. If you DON'T have an expander you won't be able to go into the flex with the tubing.
