    I didn’t trust this item since the box was obviously pried open and the first application of the cream stung my skin. The seller offered £3 which I declined. I threw away the item as it was totally different to the one I subsequently ordered from another supplier.

    Like everything else in my shop, this product was purchased brand new from an approved distributor in the US (invoice available and forwarded to buyer). Unfortunately the product did not suit the buyer's skin and a full refund was not possible since the buyer had already used the item. I wish the buyer every success with her skin journey.
