Buyer unreasonable and not following eBay policy! Combined postage refund issued to buyer even though buyer did not ask for this before purchase. Buyer wants full refund of difference between actual postage cost and what they paid. Advised buyer that Seller can include envelope costs etc. in postage charges. Buyer still demanding full difference refund. As not granted they have left negative feedback. No dispute over items or delivery.
