I am buying something on eBay for the first time. I live overseas and due to shipping it to me, there is a 40% tax and the size is not suitable. If I return it for exchange, there will be round-trip shipping and taxes, so I chose to return it. However, as a new buyer, I made a mistake and cancelled it.
