    Is it an Harmonic Balancer? It's actually a solid cast iron drive pulley. It is exactly identical to the OEM and bolts up no worries. But will it every wear out or fail? not likely.The Balancer is the disc that bolts to the back of this pulley.So, the description is misleading, but it is what everybody calls it.
