I am sorry this gentleman put down such a negative review. As all customers, I send an email with the measurement form to ask the year and model and any need for modifications. He never responded. As a courtesy I asked him his year and model (because of Handles) He was very rude and said I was lying to him. We were not late on his shipping. Our shipping time is 13 - 15 business days.
