The heels separate, and the banding around the heel split and fell off. I had to buy shoe glue and literarry glue the heels and banding back on the shoes. In the add, there was no indication that these shoes were in such poor condition. I wish I could get a refund… and I would gladly provide photos of the present condition. I seriously question the description of the seller and their decision to sell.
