I assume the buyer bought the pump elsewhere, the other seller shipped it incorrectly resulting in the cap getting broken, then they bought the replacement cap from us, but got the two transactions mixed-up when leaving feedback. This item is about the size of a lighter and was shipped in a small 6x4x2 box, so theres no way for it to get damaged unless the box gets crushed.
