      CAVEAT EMPTOR! I was sold a cup that leaks. I questioned the seller prior to purchase about the integrity of the gasket seal in the lid. I was told it was fine. Well, it isn’t. They said they had used the cup only a couple of times. Now, I know why! It’s a dribble glass! I had two other SS TERVIS and they work fine. I contacted the seller about the problem and was told to contact TERVIS! It’s a used tumbler without a receipt. I would not trust this seller!

      I’m sorry the buyer is unhappy. The tumbler was inspected and was fully functional before shipping. Stainless Tervis lids require the gasket to be aligned properly to prevent leaking, a common issue with this style. I provided support and instructions, but the buyer declined further help.
