        Device is useless because it has an active subscription, which I cannot cancel. Seller was not the previous owner, but a reseller. This seller was clueless about the device and lied when they said it was wiped and the subscription was cancelled.

        We are very sorry that you could not get the device working. Honesty is the most important part of our business. We would never lie or mislead our customers. We were the previous owner. This was our daughters device. The subscription was cancelled on 4/21/25. I have email proof of the cancellation which I showed you. I wouldn't be paying a subscription for a device I don't own. The account and device were also completely deleted. Garmin seems to be having issues and we are sorry it affected you.
