        As a returning customer with high expectations, I am expressing my disappointment with the service I’ve received. I purchased this item on 05/17/25, and after reaching out to the seller last week for an update on the shipment status, I was told they were still working/coordinating with their third-party vendors. I followed up again yesterday and have yet to receive a response within 24 hours. This experience has been frustrating, and I will be reevaluating my future purchases with this seller.
