        Seller listed item as "new, open box" which, per eBay guidelines, "the item includes original accessories." The item in question did not included the tamper stand which should have been in the original item. When notified, the seller refused full refund or return and only offered a 10% refund which did not reasonably compensate for their error or the missing accessory based on what would be required to obtain the stand separately. They were dismissive of further attempts.

        The items did not mention anything about the stand, nor did any of the pictures indicate that it was included. This version does not come with a stand. This is not an error; the buyer did not conduct any research before bidding and is expecting unrealistic results. We offered 10% but was informed that this is insufficient. We had an issue with the buyer before the item even shipped. We anticipate that the buyer will attempt to extort money or back out of the original sale. Stay Away!
