It, was a 12" by 30" felt football pennant. the last 6" of the pennant was folded and creased to fit the obviously too small cardboard mailer. Never would I have done such a thing. Couldn't believe my eyes when i opened it up. I'd rather have it rolled up and put in a cylinder. Disappointed, but I'll keep it.
