Packaging is tricky with laptops I have sent many of them and you really need to use a lot of bubble wrap around the entire item several times in order to properly protect it. This box was a Gatorade box that was damaged in shipping and as soon as I saw that I was shocked it was sent in such a small box with very minimal bubble wrap.

It came with a charger and was packaged almost perfectly. It was well taken care of. Over all an excellent machine. I could easily give this a 10 star rating but only five is available.
