It is the totally careless way it was packaged and shipped. This seller does not appreciate game collectors such as myself. Pieces of the game arrived scattered about inside and outside the game box. Playing cards were bent. One blue card is missing which affects the strategy. It would have been so easy to secure the game parts in small plastic snack bags. But this seller doesn't care.
