It was safely packed in strong bubble wrap in a discrete package and delivered by FedEx 5 days after purchase. The laptop I bought was EXACTLY as described, with no issues regarding Computrace or supervisor password! I ran a complete diagnostic and everything came back with flying colors. This laptop was worth the time and money, and I WILL be buying from Paleomaxx again! Thanks a lot!
