Second, when I returned the item they claimed they didn't receive it, but the tracking shows it was delivered. It appears that I'm out the money and the ring. This is the worst seller I've experienced since I joined eBay in 2016! I had to open a case with eBay

I was already unhappy because a few of the stones had scorch burn marks on them I thought was from poor prong work. Also two trillion stones were set so high and in clear glue and were laying on top of the setting. The jewelers says all the red stones are synthetic and are not rubies. Curved color banding is present. All the diamonds are natural. I do not have a PayPal account for a refund. A gorgeous ring that is a dog. Boo-hoo!
