        I am aware of this sellers policy of no returns on this item stating minor issues with grate. Upon receiving it, found that was a total mis statement! My grate was in much better shape, and I told him that was total false advertising. Asked him for a refund but never heard back. Photo shown on eBay shows very well and very hard to believe what I received is the same item. I'm hoping that there is a back up eBay policy that will cover for bad sellers. Please advise what I can do from here.
