      This is exactly as described. The buyer offered a sale on this item, but the offer didn't show up on my screen when I went to pay and made me pay full price. I had to buy two. I asked the seller to cancel the full price buy before it ever shipped. The seller refused to cancel it. So now I don't know where it is because they didn't provide tracking to the one I paid full price for. I don't want to return because returning items has never ever worked well for me. I asked the seller not to refund.
