        Ordered an item that was advertised as brand new in unopened box. Received the item as advertised , but after opening found the item damaged, possibly from manufacturer. Seller was quick to resolve the issue to my satisfaction and I received the agreed upon refund next day , even though seller had no way of knowing product was damaged.
