- o***a (2)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseItem arrived partially broken. The large piece came wrapped in bubble wrap and came with no scratches or issues. But the other pieces were loose in the box and not wrapped. When shipped the pieces scratched each other and have lots of scratches. The mouth piece sadly broke into two pieces. Item is made very well and looks really good. Really?? One month after delivery you write me that something was broken??? Honestly, when you would write me: "listen something happened, this animal was falling down and some parts are broken now. When I would buy some small item, could you please send me some replacement?" I would definitely send you them. Sh*t happens but no.... I asked you if you want replacement and no answer, instead of that this feedback?!?
