However, there were some issues. The item claims to be compatible with the SVB Cynergy cue, which I own. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The joint dimensions did not match the intended thread as stated in the item description, causing significant damage to my shaft threads. As a result, I had to have them rethreaded. I am very disappointed with this purchase

Instead of spending several hundred dollars on a new cue butt replacement, this solution allowed me to salvage my two top-quality 5/16 x 14 shafts and use them with my other Uni-Loc cue butt. Couldn't be happier with the result! The black color blend in with my cue joint collars seamlessly.
