    Unfortunately the seller sent the wrong item by mistake & although they were great at communicating to start with, they initially said they would swap the item for what I had originally requested but they then sold it to the buyer who was meant to have the item that I mistakenly received. This was disappointing as it was meant to be a Christmas present. The seller was very good with accepting the item back & issuing a full refund very quickly. So mixed experience on this occasion
