    Sent me a different item than what was pictured; the one they sent was of much worse quality than any of the photos or the description. The bosal was the quality of something that would be drop-shipped out of India. Luckily, I was able to return it with my shipping paid for and refunded because eBay is amazing, but I have yet to hear from the seller. Guessing it was on purpose, because you can't accidentally switch out a bosal in a bridle setup. Very disappointed.

    Item sent was EXACT one pictured. Apparently she expected a $300 rig for $49. SMH. As far as not messaging her goes, she never messaged me. I guess now I'm supposed to be a mind reader lol. Buyer is blocked and is not a person I would ever want to do business with again. Sellers beware!
