Coat is made of a thinner wool and has a silk lining and silk trim at the collar, sleeve cuffs, & around the bottom. There is staining at the inside collar and a faint stain at the back left sleeve cuff. There are stains at the back left lining at the top and stains at the front right near armpit. The silk at both sleeve cuffs is starting to fray a bit and there's a hole in the right armpit lining. There are snags along the collar lining and the lining is coming unstitched from the hem of coat at the center back & at the front right. The left shoulder lining is coming unstitched as well. It's possible there are other small holes, spots or issues that were missed. Please look through photos to get a good idea of overall condition.”
