Also, the listing says AT&T but I received a mix of verizon and AT&T. I messaged multiple times to the seller to return the item but received no response. Won't buy from them again.

None of this was indicated in the selling post. It only mentioned not being in the original packaging which one would assume the box it originally came in. I have emailed this seller twice to try and rectify with no response. I am very disappointed as this phone was to be a gift. I have had to order a battery and a back for the phone since.
