Item never shipped. I had to reach out to seller. Was informed they were sick and would work on it the next day. By this time, I should have already had the parts. I reached out a second time, and got the exact same reply. Filed a dispute with PayPal, then get a message layer from seller saying the item is ready for delivery, but he couldn't ship because they already refunded the money. Checked with PayPal, they are still waiting to hear from him. Still waiting for that, and refund.

I notified the Buyer I had an infection in my right arm and I needed a few extra days to process there order. This only caused a couple of days delay. The Buyer never contacted me to ask for a refund., Instead waited until I had it shipped and I was contacted by eBay of a Payment Dispute. If the buyer wanted a refund all they needed to do is ask. I was never contacted by the buyer for a refund or by PayPal. I am always available to my buyers I will do what is asked of me.
