Item was exactly as described and in great condition for being a used product. The screen and keypad looked brand new, and worked beautifully. Shipping was much faster than expected! Everything was packaged nicely in bubble wrap. Seller was kind enough to send an English copy of the phone's manual, and kind enough to set the language to English prior to shipment.
