Listed as used due to a little dirty nothing major excellent condition. Not only was that a lie but the photos are deceptive. The white coat was pushed up so you could not see the stains on the back of the coat. The leg and arm fur stiff and sticky. Before buying I reached out and asked if the item sang and moved as designed to do that it was for an autistic child who wouldn’t respond well if it didn’t. The response was yesterday it works great. Another lie. IT DOESN’T WORK/MOVE and its FILTHY.

I am sorry you are unhappy with this purchase. I encourage everyone to message me before leaving feedback. I always work with people and would accept returns if there is a mistake I made. That is what happened here. I didn't know the item was supposed to move. I thought it just sang. Regarding whether the item is clean or not is subjective for a used item. Sorry you were unhappy but glad we worked it out with a return where I am eating the shipping cost. Thank you.
