Beautiful set of glass wine flutes but sadly one was broken in mailing. The seller refunded some of the $ after sending her a picture. Even though the seller did what I would say was a "good" job of packing the 3 items it just goes to show that there can still be breakage with fine glass. Was disappointed that I lost one of the flutes but that is just the way it is.
