This house arrived damaged due to inadequate shipping material. The seller did put bubble wrap around the box, but then placed it inside one of those plastic sleeves instead of a cardboard box with additional packing material in between. Due to the overall inadequate packing, the railing outside of the front door was completely shattered. How disappointing. I am keeping the house, but a dismayed at how this Dept 56 house was shipped.
