Package was delivered in normal expected time frame. When opened one of the two boxes was perfect. The other box was damaged and the seal was torn away from the box. When I opened the box tow packs had shifted and were slightly damaged. When contacting the seller they asked for pictures which I provided and they said not possible and nothing would be done other than the option to return.

We won't accept your accusation against us. You know best what caused the product to appear this way. Both DHL and we have taken photos of the products, which is enough to prove that there is no problem from shipping to delivery. Since you believe that the product damage is caused by us, why don't you agree to our return proposal? What are you afraid of and what is your purpose?
