Cancelled order due to moving house decided to put offer they sent counteroffer which I was going to accept and just hope it arrived in time but there must have sent an offer to somebody else not not happy

This is completely untrue. You asked to cancel this order because you said it wouldn’t fit a size 8, despite my assurances that it would. Even after my confirmation that it would fit, you still asked for a refund which I immediately sent after cancelling the order. This was the only reason it was cancelled and it was requested by yourself as confirmed in the messages you sent.
