Why does eBay allow buyers to falsely claim they haven't received an item? The tracking clearly shows delivery. This is essentially buyer fraud and extortion. The buyer uploaded a photo showing that he received the item, and tracking shows delivery, yet eBay allows him to lie and say he didn't receive. So now he tries feedback extortion, giving a negative falsely claim the item doesn't work. Shame on eBay allowing this behavior.
