The listing is the described as new. The product clearly was opened as the box was damaged in places that it couldn't have been through shipping or otherwise. Anyone that has bought any Super7 ULTIMATES will understand this. There are multiple layers of cardboard to parse through.
I contacted the seller and they blamed it on the shipper. Fair enough but that's a lie and that's why I'm leaving negative feedback.
