The skirt was in good condition, but it reeked of cigarette smoke! It should never have been mailed out in that condition! After two washing it was OK.

First of all, I am sorry that the skirt came smelling of smoke. I do Oxi Clean my products that are dirty. My husband is a smoker and I'm finding that I'm nose blind to the smell. I do not however keep any of my inventory inside my home I work completely outside of the home, so the smell was not brought to the item by myself.
What upsets me is that rather than requestion a return and FULL refund you gave me a negative review. I would have GLADLY made things rite if I was given the chance.
