Shipping was fast and easy. Item was as described.... Except the watch did have a couple of long scratches on the crystal, and that was NOT in the description. I'm not sure if it occurred during the packaging or shipping process, or maybe it was there the whole time and they just "overlooked it"? But I am a little disappointed in that for sure. Otherwise I like the watch ok.
